US Oncology (acquired by McKesson → became McKesson Specialty Health) — Client side. Multi-site oncology network. Experienced the client's perspective through a major acquisition and rebranding integration. Present through the organizational and system transition.
SCP Health (The Schumacher Group → Schumacher Clinical Partners → SCP Health) — Client side. Each name change was the result of an acquisition. Joseph was present through multiple integrations — the people, the systems, the processes, and the organizational turbulence that comes with consolidation at scale.
